Jtf talked about his personal systems for tracking plus his weekly reflection process with his daughter. Wanting change of habits to be a deliberate choice vs happening by default.
Group had some people who identified as Obliger (Kate) and others as Questioner (Hinne).
Discussion of systems vs goals and that systems are open ended while goals are closed ended. Example of someone who was going to run a marathon (goal/closed) vs someone who was a swimmer training to swim further/faster (system/open).
