Melissa Daul hosted a session to allow people to ask a certified Change Manager questions about Change Management as a discipline.

"Power is given, influence is earned"

Melissa created a grid. Influence is on the vertical axis, and interest is on the horizontal axis. You want to start with the people in the upper right quadrant.

I |
N |
F |
L |
U ---------|----------
E |
N |
C |
E |
