CITCON (Continuous Improvement in Technology Conference) is the premier event for fostering innovation and excellence in software development, delivery, and operations. Formerly known as the Continuous Integration and Testing Conference, CITCON has evolved to embrace a wider array of subjects, including emerging technologies and practices that drive continuous improvement across the tech industry.

Since its inception, CITCON has been a hub for professionals from every corner of the technology sector to share insights, explore ideas, and collaborate on practices that enhance technological advancement.

From Test-Driven Development to Continuous Deployment, code metrics to post-release monitoring, and the integration of artificial intelligence in development processes, CITCON covers a broad spectrum of topics that empower teams to deliver superior software and systems. Attendees include software engineers, QA specialists, product managers, DevOps practitioners, operations engineers, UX designers, data scientists, tech leads, and anyone passionate about advancing technology, processes, and outcomes.

What makes CITCON different is the unique Open Space format: attendees don't sit in rows listening to presentations. Instead they openly discuss the topics that matter to them, with the experts, both local and visiting.
