Graduated 1986 Discovered OO in 1989 (Thank you, James Martin/James Odell) Started down the Dark Path of Project Management in 1995. Caught a huge break in 1998; joined ObjectSpace. Cast adrift, but stayed in touch with the Brilliant Ones. Disillusioned by software and process in 2005. Became overwhelmed by agile thinking in early 2006. Caught second huge break in November, 2006, leading to... Currently playing the role of ScrumMaster at Talyst.
