I'm an automation and testing fanatic. There's too much to go wrong in any interesting software project to leave integration, deployment, and testing to the vagaries of human processes. Some years back I was also heavily involved in using metrics, gathered by CI servers, to improve software quality and made a few small open source contributions people found useful.

Julias Shaw is the founder of Kingmaker Marketing, a full service digital marketing and mobile development company. He is also the founder of Critical Hit a new gaming company that plans to release its first product December 2012.

Julias has a long history of entrepreneurship, software development, engineering management, consulting, and hypnosis. Julias has been CTO and/or Director of Engineering for multiple VC funded startups, advisor to many other startups, and a management and technology consultant to many Fortune 500 companies.
