Gary M here.  I am surprised and gratified that there is interest in this topic. I have a "real life" conflict that will delay my arrival at CITCON until the early afternoon.  So please don't reschedule this topic out of either the 2:00 or 3:15 sessions! 

And lest you think these are just interesting, academic posers, I can report that they are "real world" to my Team and Company.  And THAT is a story unto itself!
