I'm a senior software developer with Travelocity in Sydney, where I write Java code & webservices using Eclipse, maven, spring, Continuum, Junit, Jmeter, Jchav.
I was introduced to Agile, CI, pair programming etc. by Craig Larman about 3 years ago at Valtech. Since then I've come to appreciate the difference a collaborative environment makes to how we work.
My subjects of interest are Java, SOA, Agile & XP, CI, Refactoring and Patterns
I'm currently writing a paper on levereging agility in teams at the organizational level, introducing concepts of metascrums, fogroups etc...
