And so happens by the local sheriff (Samuel Ball: 13 Going on 30, The Last Castle) who pulls Vincent from the flames just in time as Oscar kills Katie and escapes without a trace.http://www.hotmovie-download.com/ , But this is only the beginning as the body count rises and Vincent begins to unravel we never truly know if Oscar made it out of prison or if he was just a figment of Vincent's imagination, a jagged connection to a traumatic past that he is forced to confront and this might very well be the most interesting element of the story.http://www.rift2gold.com/ ,It is apparent director and co-writer Sage Bannick and his team were forced to work around an inadequate budget and limited resources, choosing intrigue over suspense while forcing the audience to connect to characters and invest in them in order to reach a climactic and rewarding ending.http://www.cheapmbtsale.com/ , The trouble with this logic, however, is that by the time we begin to make heads or tales of things we've lost the central story.http://www.cheapjewelrysalesonline.com/ , The Absent is an ambitious movie and while we are never fully able to suspend our disbelief and overcome the problems in the production, this is a slasher film, after all, and while the slashing is uninspired and the High school murder theme stretched thin, there is evidence Bannick had some interesting ideas that were never completely successful this time around. The Absent follows a high school teacher who must choose between his career and a love affair with one of his students. Oh, and his brother gets out of jail at the same time. His crime? Murdering their parents!I shouldn't be so excited by this film, but the concept just SCREAMS Oscar. The film is a thriller/horror film, because why not? I'm hoping that it turns out the teacher killed his parents and his brother took the fall for him. SNAP. That would be crazy.Or his brother comes after HIM. Uh oh. One thing to consider is that Mr. Anderson, the school teacher (and Neo from the Matrix), must be pretty old. His brother killed their parents and is getting out of jail after 25 years. That means the brother must have been tried as an adult, so he was at least close to being 18 when he committed the murder. He may have been younger and just tried as an adult, but assuming he was 18,
