This product practices model is a helpful model for a team to improve.
It is a workshop (1 - 2 hours) 4 steps (minimal version).
1 write down all practices you currently do your team. 2 plot them on the canvas 3 inspect the canvas 4 look for practices in the area where you want to improve. ( use of inspiration cards) (5) create action point for upcoming sprint.
